Nextwave Marine has been building new aluminum fuel tanks/cells for the boating industry for over 20 years.  We build aluminum fuel tanks/cells using newer Tig welders by Miller welding technology and hand weld each tank (TIG).  The master welder oversees welds and oversees our welding specialist who weld aluminum fuel tanks/cells for us.  Carefully laying down each weld with precision and excellent penetration to produce strong and durable structures.
